Kuma visits Singapore and Fiji

We had such a fun November!  We had Kuma (Jane's godmother) visit us in Singapore from Sydney, our family holiday to Fiji, and lots of activities in between.

We started with a dinner party at Jodie's house, and lucky for us - there was a Halloween Trick-or-Treat planned for that evening.  Whilst the parents were eating and drinking, the kids walked around the condo estate... and Sebastian's basket was filled with the most candy! Yes, he loves his candy!

Next, we had Kuma (mum's godmother from Sydney) and her best friend Blagica (from Melbourne) visit and stay with us.  They stayed for 5 days and mum took them around to many places in Singapore.  The Marine Park at Sentosa Resorts World, Marina Bay Sands, Garden's by the Bay, Orchid Garden, Little India and Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling.

Stephie went to her friend Elisha's birthday party, it was for Rock Stars only!

Jasper got a makeover ...

And Stephie and Sebastian had their haircuts before our Fiji holiday.

Sebastian loves his hair being washed at the hairdresser, he has his eyes closed in this photo enjoying the massage

Growing up so quickly!

Stephie had a sleepover at her BFF's house (Issey).  She didn't want to pack this blue dress in her overnight bag, and mummy insisted she take it ... the next morning after the girls got ready for the day they were excited to have the same dresses on!

We went to see Star Light Express, by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

And mum and dad saw their first ever Bollywood show, The Merchants of Bollywood.

FIJI

Daddy received the holiday through work, as an excellence award.  We paid for the kids plane tickets, and extended the holiday from 4 days to a 9 nights / 10 day stay.    We first stayed at the Sheraton on Denarau (mainland), then visited Castaway Island for 3 days.  We hired a helicopter to take us there.

We went on a 4wd drip to The Highlands ... and visited a local school.

The girls uniform is pink, in a pink painted classroom - so colourful!!!  They were such lovely girls
As our tour car drove through the countryside of Fiji, we passed a mango farm- $1 for a tray of mangos. Mum asked the chauffer to stop, and two young kids walked up their driveway and we gave them money for their mangos.

Milestones:  Stephanie can now ride her bike without training wheels.  It took three training sessions with dad running alongside her, and now she is stable on her own.

Stephanie finished her Level 1 in Figure Skating, but she didn't pass the test as she wasn't able to do backward crossovers.
